Requirements
- must Experience in Deployment of computers with Intune is the past
- you must be able to diagnose and resolve customer issues in an efficient and timely manner
- desktop Engineer must be experience in Win 10 deployment
- you must be a good communicator as this is a client facing position
- must have Experience in deploying using Autopilot
- experience in troubleshooting issues occurring during new device rollout
- basic understanding of Active Directory and user management
- desktop support: 3 years
