• plan and purchase children’s equipment, resources and consumables, within a set budget, ensuring all needs are met

• monitor the observation, assessment and tracking of all children across the setting, ensuring all records are kept up to date and maintained to a high standard, liaising with the team where required
• communicate with parents on a day to day basis, face to face, via email, telephone conversations
• maintain children’s registers and all details on “parenta” the computerised booking system, maximizing occupancy levels and keeping records of extra sessions, changes to sessions, starter and leaver information ensuring all new starters have paid a deposit
