Responsibility
- ELMS Aviation is seeking a skilled Application Support Lead Apprentice to join our growing team
- provide technical support to end-users of software applications, responding to support requests via phone, email, or help desk ticketing system
- troubleshoot and diagnose issues with software applications, escalating complex issues to senior support engineers or development teams as needed
- as a Software Application Support Apprentice, you will provide first-line support for our software applications to ensure customer satisfaction
- document support processes and procedures and create knowledge base articles and user guides
- this role will provide an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in software application support
- provide training and support to end-users, including conducting user training sessions and creating training materials
- you will be joining a close-knit team at an exciting time, where the business has established a solid product and significant/notable customer base
