Job DescriptionReception AdministratorPermanent Part-Time Contract (0.4FTE)Elmore Community Services has been providing services in Oxfordshire since 1989. We work with people with complex needs who do not easily fit into existing service provision, or who need support to access services in their local community. Our clients have a range of support needs arising from mental health problems, homelessness, substance misuse, offending, difficulty in forming and sustaining relationships, physical disability, self-harm, learning difficulties, domestic abuse, sex working or experience of neglect.The responsibilities will vary from week to week depending on the pressures in the office, but there will be key and regular responsibilities:Key Responsibilities· To provide an effective administrative support service to teams enabling them to effectively deliver services to clients.· To manage and be part of a rota covering the office phone line, answering machine, text messages, and email, and taking and passing on messages.· To manage and be part of a process for keeping note of where staff are during the day when working in the community, including for client visits requiring risk management.· To support the onboarding and inducting of new employees.· To support with electronic diary management for staff, including scheduling meetings, organising away days and events, resolving diary conflicts, and arranging meetings.· To support with ordering, storing, and distributing office supplies including stationary.· Any other task that falls within the general remit of reception and administration.LocationElmore is based at 213 Barnes Rd, Oxford, OX4 3UT.HoursThis is a part time role, 15 hours per week, on Thursday and Friday. Office hours are currently 08:30-17:00 Monday-Friday, and it is expected the 15 hours will happen
