- you will guide the team in problem solving and non-conformance investigations using specific problem-solving techniques such as 8D
- you will responsible for all internal and external quality audits for the business
- you will audit, guide and support the program and process engineers with respect to project specific NPI/ APQP / PPAP / RCA / FMEA processes
- you will keep detailed quality statistics and use these to guide management and the manufacturing team as to specific process and quality enhancement projects
