  • proven experience within an IT field support role
  • excellent software skills – installation and configuration of operating systems on both desktop and servers including Windows Server and Windows 10/11
  • excellent Microsoft SQL Skills
  • experience with Microsoft PowerShell commands and script work
  • experience building, installing and supporting servers
  • experience with the installation/configuration and troubleshooting of networks
  • knowledge of Cloud computing such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc
