Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
  • website management experience – retail / ecommerce is preferable
  • familiar with email marketing software’s and e-commerce platforms
  • must be proficient in reporting and data analysis
  • excellent attention to detail
  • must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • must have strong sales reporting, financial and budgeting skills
  • must be organized and have excellent time management and prioritisation skills

Responsibility

  • drive brand growth through regular channel performance updates that inspire and develop the strategic brand and product direction
  • elevate our brand message through the delivery of key B2C campaigns focused on community, product education and inspiration that link back to our purpose and values, working with the Head of Global Creative Direction and wider Creative Team on development and execution
  • own, develop and deploy our social media strategy in line with key brand and marketing objectives, working with key team members on execution and implementation
  • effectively collaborate with internal teams and external brands / partners, to support the strategic development of the Ellison brand/s marketing strategy
  • effectively represent and demonstrate the brand/s direction through visual, digital, social, tactile, multimedia, and public relations to unify the overall brand message
  • drive and deliver product education through our consumer channels that strategically that is strategically positioned to support adoption and conversion of our key product categories
  • create brand and product copy considerate of SEO optimisation, organic ranking / brand awareness and product reach
  • utilise campaign analysis to create transparency across the department in order to identify new opportunities to strengthen our market presence and brand positioning
