Responsibility
- we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Groundworker to join our team
- clearing the construction site of vegetation and performing site clearance tasks
- removing old drainage or other pipework systems as needed
- leading any necessary demolition work required to prepare the site for construction
- preparing the ground for the building team to lay the foundations
- setting up the construction site in accordance with project requirements
- as a Groundworker at Elliotts Facilities Management, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients' properties and ground work requirements are delivered in a professional, safe manner
- digging trenches and expertly laying concrete for various applications
Requirements
- valid SPA License
- previous experience as a Groundworker is essential
- strong knowledge of groundworks techniques and best practices
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent communication skills
- attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- full, clean driving license
- construction: 1 year
