This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge. You might be working towards an HR qualification or looking to move into HR. We are looking for an organised, detail-orientated, and enthusiastic administrator with strong IT systems skills and a passion for people who strives to deliver an excellent service. Working within our Group offices as part of a busy HR team, this role plays a vital role in supporting the HR departments day to day operations with a focus on recruitment and onboarding, ensuring smooth processes and contributing to a positive employee experience. We are currently developing our HR operations and recruitment processes to support the growth of the Group, so this is a great time to join the team and be part of the change, gain valuable experience and develop your career. You will have excellent written and oral communications skills, proficient IT skills, be proactive and able to use your initiative to thrive in a collaborative environment. Along with experience of working within a busy administrative role, you will ideally have experience within an HR function in the care sector.
