Responsibility

  • procurement of Sub Contractor Assembly Teams
  • reviewing & approving sub-contractor RAMS
  • producing our own RAMS and lifting plans as required for clients
  • project planning and scheduling
  • pre-start site reviews and meeting
  • planning site deliveries and transport
  • on Site Quality checks and snagging reviews in line with our project specific detailing
  • client point of contact for site activities
