Responsibility

  • leasing with local authorities for new service user referrals
  • create and update service user folders, support plans and risk assessments for all service users
  • perform quality reviews with service users
  • arrange staff meetings and make sure they happen as often as possible
  • cover shifts in the field where necessary in the event of staff shortage, sickness or absences
  • be on call and manage emergency or last-minute situations promptly and effectively
  • be involved in decisions for taking on new service users using knowledge and understanding of the current set up of care calls including completing full assessment for new service users
  • to be involved and overlooking all aspects of the business including HR, Quality assurance, Customer service, administration, and marketing
