ELITE BODY SCULPTING is looking for employees for positions:
- leading on the operational work needed to open the clinic in early 2023
- maintaining the efficient day to day operations of the clinic to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- managing the overall patient journey, working collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical teams
- monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and overall service delivery
- providing operational support, training, and guidance to both clinical and non-clinical team members as needed
- overseeing and managing operational processes to ensure compliance with CQC requirements
- supporting and upholding policies and procedures related to patient safety, quality improvement and infection control
- ensuring the highest level of patient care and patient experience
- utilising our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients in an effort to schedule them in-clinic or virtual consultations
- communicating with prospective patients via text, email or over the phone through our CRM tool
- following our lead journey process
- answering warm calls from our concierge team
- assisting with intake of patients and scheduling surgeries as needed
- collaborating with Leadership as needed or directed to reach strategic sourcing and sales goals
- providing accurate pricing estimates
- qualifying leads
