Responsibility
- to carry out procedures that safeguards product and business risk. Checking instruments such as temperature gauges, at regular intervals, ensuring all technical paperwork is complete accurately on time
- to set/adjust and run machinery or equipment and supplies before executing the role orders ensuring equipment allows continuous flow of production to achieve the area plan
- ensure that the transfer of products, packaging, ingredients and equipment from one area of the factory to another is done by following the low/high care area procedures
- responsibility for ensuring safety in the workplace and ensuring compliance with all instructions relating to the use and storage of materials and equipment
