Working hours

Responsibility
- providing hands on care and support to our Service Users
- take part in the on-call rota on a rotational basis
- managing client and staff rotas
- supervise own team including managing team meetings
- ensuring that our service complies with CQC requirements
- taking part and contributing in management only meetings
- liaise with professionals from other agencies
- writing of service users’ support plans and risk assessments and updating when required
Education
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Requirements
- previous coordinating skills within the domiciliary care sector is essential
- minimum 3 years experience coordinating skills within the domiciliary care sector is essential
- previous Support Worker experience from mental health and key skills from working in the care sector is essential
- previous Support Worker experience from Learning Difficulties/mental health and key skills from working in the care sector is essential
- hard working
- good knowledge of local area
- excellent IT and organisation skills
- have a UK driving licence, business insurance and access to a vehicle
