Responsibility
- we’re tackling a complex but fascinating problem space
- due to resource constraints in our markets, software efficiency is crucial
- beyond this, ElephantOS is used by a variety of users with different needs and motivations
- you’ll be product manager for our primary care team, working closely with your team of engineers, designers, clinicians, and data scientists to improve adoption of ElephantOS within primary care
- you’ll be expected to lead discovery and strategic work, and will have significant autonomy over your domain
- you will own the strategy and roadmap for Elephant’s primary care product
- internet connectivity and power isn’t guaranteed, so we’re constantly innovating to make sure our product “just works” in all types of environments
- lead discovery through to execution and iteration
Requirements
- experience working in a startup or other fast-paced environment
- experience in healthcare
- A bit of experience as a product manager, and a passion for our problem space and markets
- lived experience in any of our markets
- experience working on products that serve customers in multiple territories with different languages and cultures
