  • responding to Requests for Quotations
  • following up on open Quotations
  • sales Order Entry
  • liaising with Production to obtain delivery dates
  • raising Despatch Notes
  • raising Sales Invoices
  • telephone call handling
  • responding to customer enquiries, including invoicing
