Responsibility
- assisting Sales with all aspects of selling to new and existing customers as requested
- making calls to customers on the direction of the Team Leader
- completing any other task requested by the Team Leader
- to include sourcing parts from suppliers and obtaining prices, negotiating prices, quoting customers and, once the customer has placed an order with us, purchasing the stock
- monitor and chase suppliers to ensure that delivery dates are met
- respond to and exclusively handle all enquiries from specific customers assigned to you, or leads that you generate from scratch yourself
- proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments within the Company
Requirements
- prior experience of working in Admin/sales – any industry
- account management: 1 year
