- co-ordinate activities required to meet our company and customer standards
- provide quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the Runcorn business, and work with all departments to prevent quality failures
- WHS Runcorn , is a leader in painting and assembly of automotive plastic components and we are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our highly successful manufacturing team
- oversee that all products comply with all performance specifications
- reporting to the General Manager, the Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for the Quality Assurance of the business and reviewing our current processes/systems along with overseeing Continuous Improvement Techniques and Quality Engineering projects
- define, develop and deploy product quality assurance strategy, addressing all phases of product development together with the NPI department
- accountable for business objectives and to ensure KPI’s are achieved
- report out monthly the department’s performance against target during regular meetings
