  • deliver technical training to our dealer network Technicians in line with the I.M. Group training plan
  • produce on-line training videos
  • manage the apprentice program working closely with the apprenticeship provider
  • attend Technical & Service training as required by our manufacturer partners
  • represent I.M. Group at manufacturer training related meetings
  • manage the development & maintain new and existing technical training courses for I.M. Group franchise vehicles, currently Subaru, Isuzu and Great Wall ORA
  • develop & manage technical competition events for the UK
  • represent I.M. Group at Manufacturers World Technical events acting as mentor to the UK contestants
