Responsibility

  • tendering electrical projects to the value of £500K
  • evaluating, programming and managing workloads and assigning labour to projects
  • liaising with clients, contractors and consulting engineers and maintaining good working relationships
  • responsible for Health & Safety, ensuring RAMS are adhered to
  • communicating and enforcing health and safety requirements on site including site safety audits
  • managing a team of electricians

Requirements

  • 3+ years working as an electrical Contracts Manager/Estimator
