- A full time opportunity for an individual who is keen to join a high growth electrical assembly business focusing on BMS and industrial control panel production
- you'll be great for this role if you have previous experience in a production manager role with some electrical or BMS controls experience preferred
- you should also be able to demonstrate good communication skills, work well in a team, and to tight deadlines with the ability to learn new skills quickly
- creating and executing weekly and monthly production schedules
- communicating any problems or obstacles to senior management
- procuring factory production equipment and taking responsibility for its maintenance
- striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
