Responsibility
- work with the sales team, senior brew team and management to define, refine and implement our sales strategy, targets and KPIs
- work with our teams to achieve your targets, providing weekly reporting, analysis and feedback
- research, find and build new business relationships with on and off-trade customers
- represent the brewery at national and occasionally international events
- regularly visiting new and existing customers to drive sales
- processing orders through our operating system, Breww
- maintaining customer relationships
- advising customers on our beers, understanding their needs, and working with them to create sustainable future proof relationships
Requirements
- sales experience, ideally in craft beer or a similar sector. Experience with wholesale and/or export would be a real advantage
- A passion for craft beer
- previous experience in b2b sales
- good Networking Skills
- experience in a face-to-face customer sales role
- highly organised and self-motivated
- CRM experience / knowledge
- great communication skills
