- basic to complex desktop troubleshooting
- printer support, configuration and troubleshooting
- we are looking for a temporary Deskside Support Engineer who can work on a onetime project from the End-Customers office in Bournemouth
- install, Move, Add, Change, and De-install
Requirements
- you must be able to diagnose and resolve customer issues in an efficient and timely manner
- desktop Engineer must be experience in Win 10 deployment
- you must be a good communicator as this is a client facing position
- must be proactive and friendly
- must have Experience in deploying using Autopilot
- ability to support Windows 10 environment
- experience in Deployment of computers with Intune is the past
- A Fast Learner
