- offer additional services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application
- mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and best practices
- upsell salon products and services to clients
Requirements
- valid cosmetology license
- proven experience as a hair stylist
- proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques and trends
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of eyelash extensions and makeup application is a plus
