Office Administrator Dunfermline
EIT Group Ltd are an electrical contractor based in Dunfermline. We are looking to add a part time office administrator to our team. The role is initially to cover maternity leave for 9 months, however if the business has continued growth there is the possibility it could turn into a permanent job.The administrator will ensure the smooth running of the Director’s busy and active schedule. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of our team. They must be able to prioritise, organise, follow processes and instructions. The right candidate will be proficient in diary and inbox management and must have past experience of delivering administration roles.Responsibilities· Diary and inbox management· Follow systems and processes· Manage correspondence (e-mail, letters, calls and packages)· Manage weekly appointments and workloads· Create and update documents, records, and databases.· Complete/submit electric vehicle charge point grant applications· Order approved office stock when necessary· Provide excellent customer service· Maintain strict confidentiality over information processes· Prepare and distribute reports and quotesThe role will initially be based in our Pitreavie office and there is some flexibility with working hours.
