Responsibility
- diagnose and troubleshoot support requests, over the phone and in person, from a variety of business clients
- consistently and reliably deliver on client IT Service Level Agreements • install, configure and manage a broad range of IT solutions
- proactively monitor and maintain client’s IT infrastructure ‘health’
- assist account managers in the design and specification of IT solutions
- support Engineer Responsibilities- providing assistance to junior team members and new staff to ensure overall development of the team
- this could involve guiding them step by step through the process to eradicate the issue themselves, logging in remotely or visiting them on-site where necessary
Requirements
- do you enjoy offering a face to face IT Support solution?
- do you have the ability to build rapport with customers and are passionate about delivering an exceptional service?
- A full, clean UK driving licence and own vehicle
