Responsibility

  • you'll be responsible for overseeing the Finance department, including managing cash flow forecasts, job costing analysis, and financial reporting and analysis
  • you'll also play a key role in ensuring compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations
  • additionally, you'll manage the HR function, process monthly payroll, and oversee customer invoicing and payment processing
  • oversee the Finance department
  • point of contact for external accountants
  • any other duties as required for the operational activity of the department
  • financial reporting and analysis
  • play an active role in managing the company

Requirements

  • we're looking for someone who is self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • you should have excellent communication skills and be able to identify and resolve issues
  • knowledge of EHBP products and processes is also required
  • additionally, you should have a desire to learn and develop your skills and be able to demonstrate initiative and be proactive
  • accounting: 5 years
