Responsibility

  • upload property ads, Conduct viewings, complete vetting and complete tenancy signing
  • inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
  • maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
  • advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
  • develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends
  • checking rent payments and chasing non-payers
  • maintaining the property and ensuring regular building upkeep, addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs, and contracting tradesman
  • coordinating maintenance schedule with contractors/ tradesman and Clients

Requirements

  • essential
  • competency in MS Office and relevant

  • interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
