Requirements
- bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- professional licensure or registration as an architect
- proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
- strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
- ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- prior experience in managing projects from concept to completion is preferred
Responsibility
- conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent
- review and respond to contractor's requests for information or clarification
