Responsibility

  • complete and perform activities related to assigned projects for the outsourced revenue management, audits, and systems implementation/upgrades services
  • prepare a variety of departmental reports and/or presentations, gathering and summarising information from various sources as requested
  • prepare presentations, charts, new templates and reporting formats where needed
  • deliver effective budgeting, forecasting, and supporting business planning, through strong data analysis and market intelligence
  • conduct information gathering and analysis, in order to identify and maximize on all possible opportunities and minimise any risks
  • drive incremental EBITDA, RevPAR, Total Revenue and Fair Market Share performance
  • assist the Managing Director and Director of Revenue & Strategy in various queries and requests
  • develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies based on sound commercial judgment through effective analysis to ensure RGI targets are achieved
