- taking incoming calls and dealing with appropriately
- making sales and marketing calls
- managing the company incoming email inbox
- arranging site survey’s and managing company director’s diaries
- liaising with Customers, install teams and suppliers where required
- creating and sending Purchase Orders to suppliers
- updating and creating new entries in company customer CRM system
- creating and sending quotations and pricing enquiries
Requirements
- good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft O365 suite
- previous experience in dealing with customer queries and incoming enquiries would be beneficial
- appreciate sense of urgency and meeting deadlines
- work well under pressure & with high volumes of enquiries
- ability to provide supreme levels of customer service
- strong numeracy & written skills
- social media experience
- confident communication skills
