Requirements
- proven experience of end-to-end deployment of PRINCE2 or other recognised project management methodology in a business-critical project
- prince2 Foundation or equivalent essential
- experience of people management
- excellent organisational skills
- strong communication & interpersonal skills
- knowledge and awareness of Project Management principles, documents and plans
- strong decision-making ability
- good facilitation and analytical skills
Responsibility
- work closely with Customer Success to complete the handover of all completed projects into business as usual support
- facilitate the project kick off meeting with the client and all key stakeholders, to agree the detail scope, timetable and roles and responsibilities for the teams
- run lessons learnt reviews post project completion
- provide regular project status reporting to the Programme Manager and client team on project status, issues, risks and successes
- we are looking for a Project Manager to lead the maturation and process improvement of the Service Ops Projects team alongside the Head of Service Ops Delivery and the wider Project Management team
- carry out project planning along with the wider Group Service Ops team
- ensure documentation is provided and updated by Project Engineers and stored on SharePoint
