Responsibility

  • this is a part-time, permanent position of 5 hours per week on a Thursday, 12 to 5 pm
  • renew Counselling and Training is looking for a new Receptionist for our YPCS Centre in Brentwood with the flexibility to offer adhoc cover at all our sites including our sites in Basildon and Chelmsford
  • we are seeking someone who is experienced at working with vulnerable individuals, is client focused and understands the importance of privacy and confidentiality
  • will you be able to provide holiday and sickness cover outside of your basic weekly hours?

Requirements

  • proven experience of working within a similar role
  • excellent interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and on the phone
  • computer confident with experience of data entry and bespoke databases
  • an understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion at all times
