Responsibility
- co-ordinating the rollout of our online applications to client’s trading partners
- following the project brief as provided by the Senior Project Manager
- co-ordinating the rollout of our online applications
- managing the onboarding of new trading partners based on client requirements
- contacting client’s trading partners to collate business requirements
- supporting the rollout of EDI facilities to client’s trading partners
- arranging and delivering training sessions for the various trading partners
- communication of requirements to mapping team, raising project sheets
Requirements
- some Project Management experience in an IT environment
- some knowledge of Project Management methodology
- sending out questionnaires to client’s trading partners and collating responses
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanour
- proficiency in analysing and solving problems related to projects
- identifying project delays and highlight where necessary
- excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- escalation of potential issues to Senior Project Manager
