Responsibility
- co-ordinating the rollout of our online applications to client’s trading partners
- following the project brief as provided by the Senior Project Manager

- supporting the rollout of EDI facilities to client’s trading partners
- arranging and delivering training sessions for the various trading partners

- co-ordinating the go-live activities
- liaison between client, trading partners and third-party providers
- providing progress projects to the Senior Project Manager/client on progress with the rollout
- co-ordinating go-live activities with all stakeholders
- user acceptance testing of online applications
- providing project reports and attending regular calls with clients
- collating feedback from users and gathering requirements for new features/change requests
- assisting with the testing of new software releases

- reporting and logging of any issues found during testing
- responsible To : Senior Project Manager / General Manager
- location: Plymouth
- ensuring change control procedures are followed for new software releases
- hours: Full time position
- email communications to clients and their training partners regarding new releases
- production of project documentation such as user guides, release notes and test plans
- first point of contact for any support queries from clients and their trading partners
Requirements
- some Project Management experience in an IT environment
- some knowledge of Project Management methodology
- sending out questionnaires to client’s trading partners and collating responses
