work closely with electricians and other team members to complete full solar PV system installations
carry out weatherproofing and flashing to protect roof integrity
identify and report any roof issues that may affect installation
maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition
follow health and safety procedures, including risk assessments and method statements
Requirements
previous experience as a roofer or working at heights
comfortable and competent working on various roof types
CSCS card
good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
