Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential
- strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner
- attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
- ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently
- experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa environment
