Responsibility
- conduct market research to understand customer demand within assigned product categories
- identify product range gaps and proactively source new suppliers and product lines
- build strong relationships with suppliers to gain insights and explore collaboration opportunities
- work with Onboarding to bring on new suppliers
- collect, maintain, and enhance product data to improve usability
- enhance website navigation and user experience to meet customer needs
- increase product exposure through effective categorisation
- optimise browse and detail pages to drive sales across all channels
