  • meet renewal and upsell targets set out by the finance team on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

  • we are looking for a Customer Service Manager to oversee our busy customer services team based in our offices in Dinnington, Sheffield
  • contribute to the training and development of the team to improve staff efficiency
  • the right candidate will be responsible for managing our School Account Managers and working with our Head of Teaching and Learning to ensure a seamless service between EDClass and our partner schools
  • as Customer Service Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the development and performance for each School Account Manager and the customer services team as a whole

Requirements

  • have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • have at least 5 years’ experience of managing a team in a busy office environment
  • managing a Team: 5 years
  • have the ability to communicate with all levels within the business and customers within different levels of grades
  • competent in Microsoft
  • hold strong organisational and analytical skills
  • have a thorough approach to customer service and team management
