  • finding venues & entering contracts
  • entering event partnerships
  • speaker assignment and management
  • preparing marketing materials for events
  • liaise with marketing team and undertake marketing communications
  • communicating with the media and event organisers
  • operational activities, including event supervision, registration, catering, etc
