Responsibility

  • we are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to provide an excellent PA/Office Manager service to our UK Office
  • coordinating multiple schedules together with diary management including the scheduling of all key UK meetings
  • arranging travel, including flights, transfers, hotels and visa coordination, if required
  • book conference rooms , set up conference calls and arrange lunch when required
  • planning and execution of key UK events
  • you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the office and providing comprehensive support to the CEO and Management Team
  • A perfect role for someone with great attention to detail, who thrives under pressure and can turn their hand to whatever falls on their desk
  • offering support to visiting executives in coordination with other assistants

Requirements

  • A personable individual who is energetic, flexible and an excellent team player
  • excellent communication skills and discretion at all levels as must, together with a positive can-do attitude and unflappable nature
  • excellent MS Office skills
  • knowledge of Office HSE advantageous
  • highly organised, efficient and motivated, you will have previous experience supporting a busy Management Team, as well as supporting multiple people simultaneously
