Responsibility
assist with the installation and testing of new hardware and software
diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network, software, and hardware issues
perform routine maintenance and upgrades
administer and support our CRM
act as the first point of contact for end-user issues
log all incident details in the Service Desk and keep them updated, escalating to the second line when necessary
ensure all designated ICT systems are operated and maintained to appropriate standards
