developing new sales opportunities through outbound emails, calls and lead follow-ups
assist with Sales and Marketing development activities to include social media, mailouts and website updates
develop a new customer base targeting quality developers, brickwork and render contractors
learning about our specialist product range to educate and advise customers
process orders and quotations, plan delivery scheduling, respond to customer queries, mail out samples and sales literature
central point of contact for all internal stakeholders – suppliers, production, logistics, sales team – co-ordinating all processes from production to delivery
