Responsibility

  • developing new sales opportunities through outbound emails, calls and lead follow-ups
  • assist with Sales and Marketing development activities to include social media, mailouts and website updates
  • develop a new customer base targeting quality developers, brickwork and render contractors
  • learning about our specialist product range to educate and advise customers
  • process orders and quotations, plan delivery scheduling, respond to customer queries, mail out samples and sales literature
  • central point of contact for all internal stakeholders – suppliers, production, logistics, sales team – co-ordinating all processes from production to delivery
