Responsibility

  • maintain customer account details
  • maintain and reconcile factoring bank account
  • supply payment details to MD
  • other financial / administration duties as required, including maintaining sister company accounts
  • enter supplier payments and allocate
  • prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns
  • assist with credit control queries
  • ensure all transactions are correctly coded for VAT
