- to visit customers’ homes to cost and manage projects working with direct and subcontract labour
- to prepare and analyse detailed costings for quotations
- assisting in establishing a client’s requirements, undertaking feasibility studies and relaying, where necessary, to relevant parties
- sourcing a range of building materials/site equipment and furnishings in accordance with company operating procedures
- identification and delivery of efficiency improvement initiatives where required
- managing multiple, concurrent projects at a time
- to support all members of the Commercial team with any requirements that may arise on an ad-hoc basis
- taking incoming query calls from both Policy Holders, clients, and trade operatives
- repair work experience generally from £500 - £50,000
- this role will require autonomy from the outset, although full training will be given on the client systems
- insurance Software Scoping Tool experience inc. Symbility and Xactware would be a definite advantage
