Responsibility

  • delivery Driver
  • job Type: Full-time
  • complete pre-run vehicle inspections
  • verify the contents of each delivery against shipping documents and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
  • provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any - -Collection of vehicles from virtual depot, attend Daventry Depot for loading, completion of planned route, return of vehicle to virtual depot
  • ensure all equipment required to complete route is on vehicle

Requirements

  • valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
  • excellent time management skills and the ability to meet delivery deadlines
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork and recording information
  • ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods
  • good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
