Responsibility

  • we are currently expanding and looking for a dynamic senior recruitment consultant to join our team
  • main Duties
  • source and screen candidates through indeed, linkedi, total jobs, facebook or where ever else we may require you to look in order to deliver quality staff for each role
  • we are looking for someone who shows excellent organisational skills, well presented and highly driven who can screen, book & stay ontop of interviews, and develop key interview questions, and offer salary negotiation & benefits where needed

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
