  • keep updated patient records and files
  • scan patient files
  • database management and updating

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrator or similar position would be advantageous
  • excellent knowledge of MS Office and Teams
  • strong communication and people skills
  • proficient in adapting to new systems and software
  • good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • problem-solving skills
  • customer service orientation
