respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and helpdesk
greet visitors to site making them feel welcome and notifying the relevant parties of their guests
maintain detailed records of customer feedback flagging anything serious or repeating to be reviewed by the management team
maintain the office in such a way that we are ‘always ready’ for last minute meetings
take a pro-active approach and assist the business in areas outside your specialism as required
day-to-day administration tasks as issued by the management team which could include: data administration, purchasing, sales administration, invoicing and bank reconciliation
Requirements
minimum one year in customer service
strong computer literacy
experience working within finance systems at a basic level
data processing skills
