- you will be required to work flexibly to support his needs. there will be the opportunity for full time and part time roles
- he will be moving from his current residential service to a more independent living setting, which is where you come in
- he would require you to support him to get to his work placement in the morning and accompany him home later in the day, support to the local Gym, Canoe club and other activities in the local community
