monitoring of planning applications and coordination of comments
drafting and collation of tenders, bid documents and work winning materials on behalf of the Directors
correspondence with local authorities, other statutory bodies and third parties on behalf of team
preparation of planning condition and application tracking documents
the collation of drawings and supplemental planning information in relation to planning submissions
co-ordinating public consultation events with various stakeholders and interested third parties on specific projects
organisation of client events and meetings
assistance with collation of evidence for appeals including public inquiries
Requirements
minimum 4-years’ experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, preferably in a professional services environment
exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
excellent written and verbal communication skills
strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work under pressure
A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

the role requires an experienced and motivated Marketing Coordinator with excellent attention to detail, communication skills and previous marketing experience
management of the company social media platforms
layout and design of marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies and CV’s
producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
arranging photography of completed projects
preparing award submissions
tracking and assisting with fee proposals and tender submissions

Requirements
minimum of 5 years of qualified experience in the UK
minimum ACIAT qualification
proven track record in working on medium to large-scale residential and mixed-use projects from RIBA stages 4 onwards
extensive technical proficiency acquired across a diverse range of projects, preferably encompassing a value of £5m or more
demonstration of advanced technical detailing abilities, accompanied by an adept understanding of contemporary construction methodologies
exemplification of self-initiative and exceptional communication skills, allowing for autonomous work
comprehensive familiarity with prevailing Building Regulations, NHBC Guidance, and housing design directives
